Terms and conditions

Dedications position and dimensions:

In the square-shaped plates, dedications will be placed near one of the 4 corners of the plate, following the internal edge of the item.

The text will be written in a glass portion no larger than:

1. 1. 1. 7×2.5cm for 40x40cm plates
      2. 5x2cm for 30x30cm plates
      3. 4×1.5cm for 20x20cm plates

In the round-shaped plates dedications will be placed anywhere on the internal edge of the object.

The text will be written in a glass portion no larger than:

1. 1. 1. 7×2.5cm for plates diameter 40cm
      2. 5x2cm for plates diameter 30cm
      3. 4×1.5cm for plates diameter 20cm

In the rectangular plates, dedications will be placed near one of the 4 corners of the plate, following the internal edge of the item.

The text will be written in a glass portion no larger than:

1. 1. 1. 5x2cm for 40x15cm plates
      2. 4×1.5cm for 30x12cm plates

Art Glare 47 will take 5 working days to verify the feasibility of the required customisation. After that, the customer will be informed by email about the approval or rejection of his/her request: were it not possible to satisfy the required dedication, the customer will be refunded of the paid amount through the chosen payment method.

Once the customisation is approved, the customer will not have the possibility to withdraw from the purchase, unless the plate has been found damaged upon delivery.
